Normally house visits are only for patients who are too unwell to attend the Practice.
Please contact the Practice as soon as you can if you are requesting a home visit.
Please give the receptionist as much information as you can which will be passed to a Doctor or Advanced Paramedic Practitioner, who will decide on the most appropriate action.
