Out of Hours Care - when the Practice is closed

If you need medical help and can’t wait until the surgery reopens, support is still available.

🕒 When is Out of Hours?

Out of Hours covers:

  • 6:30pm – 8am, Monday to Friday

  • All weekend and bank holidays

Hywel Dda University Health Board provides this service.

📞 How to get help  - Call 111
 

If you’re worried about a health problem and you’re not sure what to do, call 111.
A trained clinician will talk things through with you and help you decide the right next step.
 

🚨 Life‑threatening emergencies

Call 999 immediately if someone has:

  • Severe bleeding
  • Collapse or unconsciousness
  • Severe chest pain
  • Any symptoms that feel life‑threatening
     
💬 Mental Health Support

If you need urgent mental health advice, call 111 and choose Option 2. You’ll be connected to a team who can offer support and guidance.
