GP Practices in Wales must report certain activity every month to the Health Board and Welsh Government. We share this information here and on our social media using the infographic provided to us.

📊 What the infographic includes

Appointments (including telephone consultations)
Administration (but not every admin task)
Digital Platforms (not including emails sent or received through individual staff NHS email accounts)

📁 Activity not included

Some work carried out by the Practice is not part of the required reporting, such as:

Test results received
Documents received
Mandatory training
Meeting attendance

We have noticed that our Did Not Attend rates have increased since our move to the new clinical system, we are looking into the reasons, and believe it is a data capture issue and that we do not have more patients failing to attend than previously.
