The Practice operates an appointment system with all the clinical team members, at both Crymych and Newport sites.
You may be asked to attend either site if you are asking to see a specific clinician or require a specific service. 

Please give the receptionist the reason for your appointment, this ensures you are allocated an appointment with the most appropriate team member. The receptionists may advise a different course of action, e.g. that you contact an optician, dentist or seek immediate emergency care.

You can arrange appointments in person or by telephoning the Practice between 8am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

The Doctors and Advanced Paramedic Practitioner offer both face to face and telephone consultations.  
Each day we have appointments reserved for urgent cases, you can also book appointments in advance for routine queries and reviews.
Please note that clinicians have a limited number of appointments each day, this is to ensure that all patient contacts can be safely dealt with.

There is a high volume of telephone calls between 8am and 9am, if you have a routine appointment query, please consider ringing after 9am.
