Our Health Care Assistant and Nursing Assistant support the delivery of patient care by undertaking a range of clinical procedures, including blood pressure monitoring, taking blood samples, wound care and other routine clinical assessments.
Phlebotomist Wendy Jones
Our Phlebotomist provides a dedicated blood-taking service for patients. Blood tests are undertaken at the request of our clinical team or hospital specialists to support the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of medical conditions.
From greeting patients and managing appointments to maintaining patient records and supporting the practice's digital systems, the team plays a vital role in supporting both patients and clinicians across our Newport and Crymych sites.
