Travel Vaccinations
If you are going abroad you may require vaccinations, some of these can be given at the Practice.
You will need to complete a Pre-Travel Vaccination questionnaire, which can be obtained from reception.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, please hand or email to the reception team who will pass to the nursing team.
The Practice nurse will check your vaccination history and medical history against current travel health guidance and will contact you with advice, and to arrange any appropriate appointments.
Please give as much notice as you can.
There may be a charge for some vaccinations. The Practice nurse can advise of you of this.
