The Practice offers face to face consultations for new and review appointments, if you would prefer a telephone consultation please let the receptionist know.
When calling please give the receptionist as much information as possible. The receptionist team are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as our clinical staff and ask for information to ensure you and other patients receive the care you need when you need it.
All telephone appointments are allocated a time slot, the Practice endeavours to call patients' within an hour of the appointment time.
Please ensure your contact details are up to date. Text reminders are sent by the Practice for routine telephone consultations if we have a record of your mobile telephone number.
In the interests of all parties all phone calls to and from the Practice are recorded.
