The General Medical Services Contract in Wales requires Practices to report monthly on specific areas of Practice activity which are submitted to the Health Boards and Welsh Government. Practices are expected to share this information with our patients using a infographic that is provided to us. The Practice will sharing data on this page and also on our social media platform each month.

Administration does not include all administrative tasks
Digital Platforms does not include emails received or sent by individual Practice Members NHS email accounts.
GP Activity that is not included in the required reporting includes, results received at Practice, numbers of documents received at the Practice, mandatory training and meeting attendances.
