Online Carers Group  - the group meet online normally the first Thursday of each month, to share information, advice & offer each other support. This group is hosted by Julie Campbell, Community Connector.

Hafal Crossroads' Pembrokeshire Carers Information & Support Service (PCISS) telephone support service and help with signposting to the service you require.

Carers UK has produced advice, which they regularly update this can be found at carersuk.org/coronavirus.  

They have also produced some tips on maintaining your mental wellbeing

Alzheimer’s Society

A lot of information available on the Alzheimer’s Society website.
They are starting to run their Memory Walks again this year, also a newly published book called “My grandma has dementia”  full details on the website.
